Job Description Hunters Group, per conto di azienda cliente a Milano operante nell'ambito fabbrica digitale 4.0, ricerca una figura di EU Project Manager, da inserire nel proprio organico. Principali responsabilità: Coordinamento delle attività di ricerca e innovazione con partner nazionali e internazionali in progetti Europei, nazionali e regionali; Contribuire alla preparazione di nuove proposte progettuali e alla creazione di partenariati a livello EU per lo sviluppo di progetti da presentare nei bandi; Coinvolgere centri di ricerca, università e industrie operanti nei diversi settori disciplinari; Supporto alle attività di R&I con partner nazionali ed internazionali (analisi fattibilità, pianificazione, gestione stati avanzamento lavori); Collaborazione con i responsabili tecnici per pianificare e gestire le attività nel centro; Sviluppo di contenuti tecnici innovativi per raggiungere gli obiettivi del progetto; Elaborazione e contribuzione alla redazione di report tecnici di progetto. Requisiti Esperienza maturata nella gestione di progetti di ricerca finanziati (e.g. Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, EIT, ecc.); Conoscenza delle tecnologie e dei processi industriali nell'ambito dell'Industria 4.0; Proattività, responsabilità, eccellenti capacità analitiche e di lavoro di squadra; Ottima capacità di pianificazione e gestione dell'incertezza; Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata; Disponibilità a brevi trasferte nazionali e internazionali; Laurea in ingegneria, scienze o discipline tecniche; Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo.
