We are a leading international fleet management company supporting multinational and local clients across Europe. Our mission is to provide outstanding customer service and efficient fleet administration solutions, helping our clients manage their vehicle fleets effectively and compliantly.
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Intern (Stage) to join our Fines Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or undergraduate student to gain hands-on experience in customer service, administrative processes, and fleet operations within an international business environment.
Your Responsibilities:
As part of the Customer Service team, you will support the management of vehicle-related fines and administrative processes, including:
- Processing and registering traffic and parking fines in internal systems.
- Verifying driver, vehicle, and client information associated with fines.
- Communicating with drivers, clients, leasing companies, and public authorities when required.
