Visual Designer - Studio X, Integrated Demand Center, AWS MarketingStudio X, part of the Content Studio within Amazon’s Integrated Demand Center (IDC) is seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our creative team. In this role you will create compelling visual content, develop mechanisms that drive engagement across digital channels, and maintain Amazon’s high standards for design excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign digital assets for homepages, landing pages, email, and paid media that drive user engagement and influence customer progression across the sales funnel.Create platform-first social media creatives (Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, etc.) that resonate with audiences and spark interaction.Support campaign execution by visualizing and executing creative across platforms, aligning storytelling, business goals, and brand intent.Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all visual content aligns with the brand tone, aesthetic, and guidelines while pushing creative boundaries across digital channels.Collaborate cross-functionally with program managers, marketers, copywriters, video teams, and UX designers to translate creative briefs into on‑brand design solutions.Adapt foundational creative assets into multiple formats and dimensions, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across multi‑channel touch‑points.Work quickly, respond to fast‑changing requirements, and build processes that enhance team efficiency, including the use of Automation/GenAI and workflow management.Basic Qualifications5+ years of design experience.Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban).High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat on macOS.Proficiency in industry‑standard design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).Practical application of AI/GenAI tools for production.Preferred QualificationsExperience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns.Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices.Experience working with global brands and enterprise‑level marketing campaigns.Proven experience with enterprise design systems and brand guidelines.Experience creating templates and governance mechanisms using industry standard tools (Figma, Firefly, Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Express).Proficiency with animation and motion tools (After Effects, Adobe Animate, Lottie, Cavalry, Spline, Rive, C4D).Equal OpportunityAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
