Travelive planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients. Itineraries are completed by our in-house concierge team and all guests have access to our 24/7 in-destination support.About the Role:This role is dedicated to managing and delivering exceptional group travel experiences in Italy, ensuring Travelive's high standards of quality and service. The position is Athens-based only and requires strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strong knowledge of Italy as a group travel destination.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with travel booking systems.Previous experience in group travel coordination is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree or higher.Responsibilities include:CLIENT FACING - SALES MANAGEMENTRespond to travel agent inquiries in a timely, professional manner ensuring clear and consistent communication.Qualify incoming requests by gathering essential details and assessing feasibility based on group size, destination, and travel dates.Set expectations with travel agents regarding internal procedures, timelines, and the booking process to ensure transparency and alignment.Prepare customized, client-facing proposals that reflect Travelive's quality standards and align with client needs and preferences.Develop and communicate
