Wood is recruiting for a Contracts Lead to join our Contracts Team in Milan focusing on providing contracts negotiation support to our Project businesses in Milan.
The role also supports the Life Sciences business in the eastern hemisphere and provides support to wider Milan business. The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work remotely up to two days per week.

Degree in Law Legally qualified (preferred but not required)Knowledge, skills and experience:
Experience and proven track record of contract review, drafting and negotiation: 5+ years Relevant Client Facing Contracting Experience: 3-5+ years In addition to undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience, the individual should have work experience in the industry which would allow understanding of and exposure to key contracting principles Working knowledge of contract terms, contract principles and drafting and roll out of contracting policies Working knowledge of the Company Finance and HR systems Awareness of all relevant corporate and project procedures Excellent understanding of Client contract structures, principles, and policies English fluent; Italian goodPersonal attributes:

Contract & Classification
Contract type: Fixed term , 6 month contract for maternity cover Collective Agreement (CCNL): Industria Metalmeccanica (CNEL C011) Job Classification level: Quadro, consistent with role requirements and applicable CCNLCompensation
Gross Annual Salary: the initial gross annual salary will be € 65,000, paid in 14 instalments The compensation package will include applicable CCNL elements and company benefits Variable pay and additional benefits will be detailed during the selection processEqual Opportunities
