Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.What You’ll DoWelcome guests with genuine warmth and set a great atmosphere from the startAssist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigationKeep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energyOffer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiencesJump in with bookings for activities, restaurants and everything in betweenShare guest insights and feedback with the team to improve every stayWork closely with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep things running smoothlyRepresent TSH by promoting our outlets and spotting upsell opportunitiesWhat You’ll HaveYou have 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest‑facing roleYou bring an energetic, welcoming vibe that makes people feel at homeYou're willing to do night shiftsYou're great at switching between tasks without losing your smileYou have a proactive mindset and love turning small moments into memorable onesYou're comfortable with digital tools like PMS, kiosks or guest messaging appsYou communicate clearly in English and ItalianYou're a team player who stays cool and confident during busy peaksWhat We OfferThe opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi‑national company.
