As Sales Executive, you will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of the MICE market (focus on Italy, France and Benelux ) by driving sales leads and increasing conversions: Responsibilities Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue. Analysis of local market trends and competitors and keep up to date with new marketplace trends to identify new business leads. Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs and strive to meet or exceed those expectations at all times. Manage relationship with MICE Agencies and Convention bureaus. Contribute to the strategy and planning activities of the Sales function. Seek proactive opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team. Negotiate room rates/packages with returning and future clients. Be commercial in all decision making, ensuring good return on all investments. Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds. Assist the Sales Personnel in developing key
