We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with a team player approach and extensive knowledge of constructions and projects of PV plants in Italy. The Manager will be responsible for supporting active projects in Italy in construction, and the following commissioning activities.Responsibility / DutiesCoordination and management of the construction projects from conception to completion.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to review plans and specifications.Manage contract negotiations and other agreements with EPC and O&M.Hire, supervise, and motivate subcontractors and construction crews.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.Secure permits and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.Monitor projects progress and identify and address any potential issues proactively.Manage project budget and identify cost‑saving opportunities.Ensure a safe work environment and enforce all safety protocolsCoordinate an internal Site Managers team.Coordinate external services providers, e.g., owner engineering, environmental advisers, health & safety supervision services, etc.Handle and provide all close‑out documentation to Asset Management team at completion of the projects.Key RequirementsEngineering degree (preferable).Solid knowledge and understanding of the solar PV industry.In depth experience in PV Construction & Management, either in EPC and/or Owner perspectives.Team player, high level of organization, time management and autonomy.Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and business relationships.Strong written and oral communication skills.Good level of English, oral and written, Italian and Spanish is a plus.Domain of MS Office, good knowledge of MS Project and CAD.Available to travel and stays in project sites in various locations when required.In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
