Unisciti a noi per costruire insieme il futuro del commercio digitale e crescere all'interno di un brand internazionale in continua evoluzione.Posizione / Specialista Operazioni E-commerce Sede di lavoro: Milano, ItaliaSiamo il distributore esclusivo autorizzato di OPPO in Italia e siamo alla ricerca di uno/a Specialista Operazioni E-commerce, preciso/a e proattivo/a, da inserire nel team di OPPO Italia.In questo ruolo supporterai la gestione operativa quotidiana dello store online, monitorerai i principali indicatori di performance, collaborerai all'esecuzione delle campagne e lavorerai in sinergia con diversi reparti per migliorare l'esperienza complessiva del cliente.Questa posizione offre un'eccellente opportunità di crescita nel mondo del commercio digitale, all'interno di un ambiente internazionale e dinamico.ResponsibilitiesSupportare le attività quotidiane di gestione dello store e-commerce, inclusi caricamento prodotti, monitoraggio scorte e aggiornamento dei prezzi;Monitorare e analizzare i principali indicatori di performance del sito (traffico, tasso di conversione, valore medio dell'ordine) per identificare opportunità di miglioramento;Utilizzare strumenti come Google Analytics per analizzare il comportamento degli utenti e supportare le strategie di crescita;Collaborare con il team tecnico per ottimizzare le pagine prodotto e le funzionalità del sito, garantendo coerenza con l'immagine del brand e un'esperienza utente di qualità;Partecipare alla pianificazione e all'esecuzione delle campagne promozionali online per aumentare la visibilità e le vendite dello store;Coordinarsi con i team di logistica e customer service per assicurare un processo di evasione ordini efficiente;Preparare report periodici (settimanali/mensili) a supporto delle decisioni di business;Supportare il team finanziario nella verifica e riconciliazione dei dati contabili;Collaborare alla gestione dell'
