Our people stand out by skills, commitment and flexibility in looking at the pace with the needs of customers, with respect of their culture.DESCRIPTIONWe continuously enrich our team with expert consultants in the various areas of financial services who have gained experience in structured reality, preferably primary management consultancy companies.You’ll be involved in many activities :Organize the projects : identify goals, scope, define strategy, structure work, identify interfaces, dependencies, negotiate priorities and scope to maximize the delivered value, detect the critical path, and set in motion the stakeholders;Project managing in terms of timing (milestones), costs (budget), quality and scope;Constantly anticipate roadblocks and opportunities : perform risk analysis, identify enablers to best progress with project goals, synthetize the relevant data to support project decisions;Problem solving, characterizing the situation and the impacts, involving stakeholders, and identifying root causes;Make the documentation required by the different project phases;Seamlessly cooperate with waterfall or agile teams;Attend and contribute to portfolio meetings for the whole IT department.SKILLS / EXPERIENCES REQUIREDMaster degree in Engineering (Management Engineering or Computer Science Engineering are preferred);At least 3 years of experience in Financial or Insurance sector;Experience in coordination and planning of IT projects both in Waterfall and Agile mode;Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time or / and of high complexity (for example involving multiple functional teams);Proficient knowledge of the Office package (in particular Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Project). Knowledge of Jira agile is a plus;Project management Certification (PMI or PRINCE2). Scrum Master Certification is a plus;Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English;Strong problem solving skills and excellent analysis skills;We are looking for candidates driven by passion and enthusiasm, inclined to share knowledge and doing their best working in a team.
