Overview Webuild sta cercando una persona per il ruolo M&A and Asset Management Expert che contribuisca a valutare le opportunità di investimento per accelerare la crescita attraverso fusioni e acquisizioni, joint venture, partnership strategiche, ristrutturazioni, riorganizzazioni. La sede di lavoro è Milano (Milanofiori) .Principali responsabilità Identificare e valutare le opportunità di investimento nei mercati esistenti e in quelli nuovi/affini;Supportare in tutte le fasi il processo di due diligence, coordinandosi con altri dipartimenti interni e con consulenti esterni;Creare e mantenere aggiornati i modelli finanziari per i potenziali target, padroneggiando le analisi di sensitività e di scenario;Preparazione di presentazioni strategiche e finanziarie di livello executive per riunioni del comitato esecutivo e dei comitati di investimento;Supporto agli sforzi di integrazione per le acquisizioni in collaborazione con altri dipartimenti interni;Mappatura e monitoraggio delle transazioni M&A per facilitare la comprensione del mercato.Almeno 4-5 anni di esperienza in boutique di M&A, principali società di consulenza, team di Corporate M&A o Corporate Development;Laurea specialistica in Management, Business Administration, Finanza, Contabilità o Ingegneria industriale (con curriculum in Finanza);Conoscenza approfondita di analisi finanziaria, valutazioni d'azienda, corporate finance e diritto commerciale;Capacità avanzate di modellazione finanziaria;Conoscenza avanzata di Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e soprattutto PowerPoint);Inglese fluente, sia scritto che orale. Un'altra lingua sarà considerata un plus;Ottime capacità di comunicazione;Forte motivazione, pensiero strategico, atteggiamento proattivo e attenzione ai dettagli;Capacità di lavorare in team in modo proattivo, in un ambiente dinamico.#J-18808-Ljbffr
