Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure proper setup, maintenance, and governance of master data records (customer, supplier, material, product, and further domains as defined)Define and enforce master data quality standards and governance processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliabilityMonitor and report on master data quality KPIs; drive corrective and preventive actionsDesign, implement, and optimize business processes directly related to master data, ensuring end-to-end efficiency and compliance with internal policies and external regulationsEnsure cross-application process alignment across ERP, CRM, PLM, and other platformsCollaborate with business units and IT to align master data and process requirements with organizational needsSupport strategic program planning (e.g., ERP, CRM), ensuring data and process readiness and ensure master data quality readiness for the running SAP implementation projectDrive continuous improvement in master data management and data-driven processes through automation, analytics, and best practicesYour Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field; BPMN or equivalent process modeling certification is a plusSeveral years of professional experience in a similar position in the field of master data management and/or business process improvementExperience in setup, maintenance, and quality assurance of master data across ERP and CRM systemsStrong command of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and continuous improvement methodologiesExcellent communication skills in English and Italian and/or GermanOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefitsWHY ALPITRONICTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting‑edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
