You will lead and coach your team, build client relationships, and proactively achieve sales goals while ensuring the highest level of client experience. You will recruit and develop highly motivated teams, facilitate succession planning, and represent Brand values toward clients and team members.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure achievement of team objectives on a monthly and annual basis.Team Management and DevelopmentSupport the team with consistent coaching, identify development and training needs, and partner with the Field Coach Trainer to tailor individual development plans.Identify, recruit and develop talent and secure succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance.Manage and motivate the team to drive business: create a positive working environment and foster cooperation within the team.Client and Business DevelopmentSupport the team in building long‑term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to ensure the highest level of client experience.Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation.Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local market knowledge.Floor Management and OperationsAct as a role model for sales leadership, support the team with personal sales, and develop your own client portfolio.Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management and visible presence.Ensure policies are respected and support the team with daily operations tasks.Profile – Expected Attitudes & SkillsStrong communication and listening skills.Proactive leadership style.Excellent client development skills.Business acumen.Strong organizational skills.Agility and resilience.Proficient in Italian and English.Reference: LVM30701.Senior Level Mid‑Senior level.Employment Type Full‑time.Job Function Other.
