Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Take ownership of continuous improvementsAs a Manufacturing Specialist – Facility Management, you will be responsible for:Managing space/offices in the Talamona plantSupporting operations of soft facility operations, like cleaning, gardening, canteen, waste managementPlan suppliers access for the execution of hard and soft facility maintenance activity; registration of maintenance result in MAXIMO database.Collaborate with sourcing department to guarantee the respect of OrdersVerify the orders emitted with particular attention at Bullet Train and P&E job budget respectPreparing customer and leadership visit from facility standpointFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Show strong industry experience in this field, and a Facility Operations backgroundBe fluent in Italian, English knowledge is also preferredShow expertise in Facilities OperationsShow strong oral and written communication skills.Display strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Lead initiatives of wide scope and impact.Be able to coordinate several activities simultaneously.Demonstrate effective problem identification, solution skills, and proven analytical and organizational ability.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
