Take ownership of continuous improvements

As a Manufacturing Specialist - Facility Management , you will be responsible for:

  • Managing space/offices in the Talamona plant
  • Supporting operations of soft facility operations, like cleaning, gardening, canteen, waste management
  • Plan suppliers access for the execution of hard and soft facility maintenance activity; registration of maintenance result in MAXIMO database.
  • Collaborate with sourcing department to guarantee the respect of Orders
  • Verify the orders emitted with particular attention at Bullet Train and P&E job budget respect
  • Preparing customer and leadership visit from facility standpoint

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Show strong industry experience in this field, and a Facility Operations background
  • Be fluent in Italian, English knowledge is also preferred
  • Show expertise in Facilities Operations
  • Show Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Display Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Lead initiatives of wide scope and impact.
  • Be able to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate effective problem identification, solution skills, and proven analytical and organizational ability.
