Competenze ed esperienza Esperienza comprovata nel ruolo all'interno di resort di lusso, wellness retreat o strutture 5*. Ottima conoscenza dei mercati internazionali leisure & wellness. Leadership, visione strategica e forte orientamento ai risultati. Inglese fluente, gradita la conoscenza di una seconda lingua. Eccellenti capacità relazionali, negoziali e di gestione del team.
