You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, internal users, and technical teams, gathering requirements, shaping product direction, and ensuring effective delivery.This is a central role within the organisation, requiring strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to collaborate across several technical and business units in Rome.Your Mission To ensure the continuous advancement and effective use of PNO Digital’s software tools by collecting and structuring requirements, guiding product development, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver impactful, user‑centric solutions.
