What started more than 40 years ago as a student project in the Netherlands has grown into a European industry leader with a focus on creating sustainable impact.The RolePNO Digital is seeking a senior, structured, and technically minded Product Owner to support the evolution of our internal and client‑facing software ecosystem. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, internal users, and technical teams, gathering requirements, shaping product direction, and ensuring effective delivery.This is a central role within the organisation, requiring strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to collaborate across several technical and business units in Rome.Your MissionTo ensure the continuous advancement and effective use of PNO Digital’s software tools by collecting and structuring requirements, guiding product development, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver impactful, user‑centric solutions. You will contribute with new insights, help map existing tools, and identify opportunities for optimisation.Your TasksDefine and maintain the product vision and roadmap for selected PNO Digital software tools.Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into structured user stories and specifications.Prioritise the backlog based on data, business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams.Collaborate closely with technical project managers to design and validate solutions.Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and user feedback to drive improvements.Coordinate rollouts, documentation, onboarding, and internal adoption initiatives.Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints to ensure timely and high‑quality releases.Your Profile5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in digital or software environments.Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics , or equivalent experience.Strong analytical mindset and highly structured approach to problem solving.Solid understanding of software development processes , APIs, integrations, and UX principles.Excellent communication skills in English and Italian .Experience using Agile methods and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and translate needs into technical requirements.Available to work 1–2 days per week onsite in Rome , with flexibility according to team needs.Why Us?Meaningful work on European innovation and research projects .A collaborative environment with experienced technical teams and product stakeholders.A highly visible and strategic role within PNO Digital.Advertised salary range €45–55K , with flexibility for higher seniority.Hybrid working model with significant autonomy.Opportunities for internal and external training and long‑term career development.Inclusive, international work environment with strong values.Work–life balance supported by flexible arrangements and company policies.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionConsulting and Project Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
