Italian-Speaking Customer Success Specialist (Social Media) Working model: Hybrid once based in Sofia (on-site Wednesdays & Thursdays)We are partnering with a global technology services provider to hire an Italian-speaking Customer Success Specialist to support a leading social media hiring platform. In this role, you will help Enterprise clients successfully implement and adopt hiring solutions, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and return on investment.Your responsibilitiesSupport new Enterprise customers during onboarding and implementation of the Hiring programEnsure all product and system integrations are completed accurately (quality assurance)Drive customer success by improving adoption, usage, and engagement with the platformGuide clients on best practices based on a deep understanding of the productTrack customer lifecycle milestones, including onboarding, license activation, and engagement goalsMonitor and document customer activity in CRM systemsHelp triage and resolve technical or operational ticketsCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceYour profileFluency in Italian and English (C1 level)Experience analyzing data, trends, and customer information to identify improvement opportunitiesStrong knowledge of MS Office, especially ExcelExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skillsComfortable working with CRM platforms, queues, cases, and ticketsAbility to manage priorities and deadlines with minimal supervisionStrong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindsetWhat’s on offer14 nights of hotel accommodation upon arrivalFlight reimbursement up to approx. €250 (originally 490 BGN, paid after 6 months) Hybrid working model once based in Sofia Fully paid training and continuous learning opportunities
