cloud37 is expanding its Service Now Practice and we’re looking for Experienced Architects/ Developers ready to lead projects, drive innovation, and mentor others.You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions for enterprise clients — with autonomy, ownership, and real career growth potential.What You’ll DoLead or contribute to the design and delivery of Service Now implementationsTranslate business requirements into effective technical solutionsDevelop and configure Service Now modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, etc.)Build and maintain integrations (SOAP, REST, JDBC, LDAP, etc.)Guide junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teamsEnsure alignment with ITIL and best practicesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years experience with Service Now platform and modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, GRC, etc.) CSA certification required , additional certifications are a strong plus Strong analytical and client-facing communication skillsFluent in Italian and EnglishHands-on knowledge of Service Now configuration and scripting (Java Script) Familiarity with key development tools such as Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, App Engine Studio, and UI Builder Experience with integrations (SOAP, REST APIs, JDBC, LDAP, etc.) Strong functional analysis skills — ability to understand business requirements and produce technical documentationProactive , autonomous, and strong team playerWhat We Offer Competitive compensation package based on experience and certifications Immediate start (or as soon as possible) for available candidates Autonomy and ownership in enterprise-level Service Now projects across Italy and abroad Opportunities to lead initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, and influence technical decisions Continuous professional development and certification support International and collaborative work environment Full remote position within ItalyFriendly, flexible, and dynamic team culture
