You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients — with autonomy, ownership, and real career growth potential. What You’ll DoLead or contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow implementations Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, etc.) Build and maintain integrations (SOAP, REST, JDBC, LDAP, etc.) Guide junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams Ensure alignment with ITIL and best practicesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years experience with ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, GRC, etc.) CSA certification required, additional certifications are a strong plus Strong analytical and client‑facing communication skills Fluent in Italian and English Familiarity with key development tools such as Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, App Engine Studio, and UI Builder Experience with integrations (SOAP, REST APIs, JDBC, LDAP, etc.) Strong functional analysis skills — ability to understand business requirements and produce technical documentation Proactive, autonomous, and strong team playerWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation package based on experience and certifications Immediate start (or as soon as possible) for available candidates Autonomy and ownership in enterprise-level ServiceNow projects across Italy and abroad Opportunities to lead initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, and influence technical decisions Continuous professional development and certification support International and collaborative work environment Full remote position within Italy Friendly, flexible, and dynamic team cultureReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at cloud37 by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
