Non rientreranno nel suo perimetro le responsabilità relative agli acquisti indiretti. Garantirà l’allineamento delle strategie globali con le esigenze locali attraverso la realizzazione di una pianificazione degli acquisti efficiente e tempestiva, relazionandosi con i principali stakeholders e fornitori del settore Food & Beverage.Coordinamento Ufficio Acquisti - Senior BuyerPrincipali attività :Agire come principale referente dell’approvvigionamento delle materie prime fornendo linee guida e allineamento strategico su tutte le tematiche in ambito procurement;Implementare e monitorare l’esecuzione delle strategie e delle gare di procurement globali. Assicurando l’allineamento con le esigenze del business;Assicurare, nel rispetto del piano industriale e del budget aziendale, la ricerca, la valutazione e la selezione dei migliori partner (fornitori), costruendo relazioni solide e stabili;Promuovere l’adozione di processi, strumenti e modelli di governance per garantire conformità, trasparenza e creazione di valore;Verificare la conformità dei prodotti acquistati e monitorare in maniera efficace le performance di approvvigionamento e dei fornitori (puntualità, qualità), garantendo efficienza, sostenibilità, tracciabilità e sinergia;Supportare la gestione delle performance dei fornitori e la mitigazione dei rischi in stretta collaborazione con i category manager e i team locali.Requisiti richiesti :Esperienza pregressa di almeno 7 anni nel ruolo e in contesti internazionali, con preferibile provenienza dal settore food & beverage, cosmetico o prodotti finiti;Solida capacità di gestione di team;Forti capacità di negoziazione e gestione dei fornitori con alta motivazione e orientamento al risultato;Ottime competenze analitiche e capacità di utilizzo di strumenti di analisi dei dati;Buone capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Sede : MilanoL’annuncio è rivolto a candidati ambosessi (L. 903 / 77) – Aegis Srl, AUT.
