Company:MarshMarsh is seeking candidates to join our Marsh Multinational Outgoing Business as a Junior Client Advisor based in Milan.The Marsh Multinational Outgoing Business team is the first point of contact for all international insurance and risk matters. We help clients simplify processes, ensure transparency, and design global insurance programs that are compliant with local country requirements. Working with colleagues across Marsh’s global network, the team delivers tailored solutions and seamless service to multinational clients.We will count on you to:Build subject-matter knowledge of specific risk exposures and product areas to effectively support client needs and internal teams.Review and evaluate international insurance policies to ensure alignment with clients’ risk management objectives and Marsh’s guidance.Coordinate with local insurers and international colleagues to implement global program design and ensure consistent application across jurisdictions.Monitor issuance and verify compliance of local policies and premium payments in line with local legal and regulatory requirements.Prepare and submit clear instructions and documentation for renewals and policy management using Marsh Global Connect and other internal tools.What can you expect?A journey of growth and acceleration that includes both technical and theoretical training moments to be alternated with on‑the‑job training sessions with the steady coaching of three different key figures: a Tutor, a Mentor and a Buddy;An induction training where you will discover Marsh's organizational structure and strategic vision in detail as well as meeting our Senior Leaders and their Teams;A Career progression within Marsh: starting with an initial 6-month internship finalized to a 2/3 years apprenticeship; Candidates with prior experience may be eligible to start directly in the apprenticeship programme.What you need to have:University degree, preferably in Economics, Law, International Relations or Foreign Languages.Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken).Strong proficiency in core IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint).A genuine interest in insurance brokerage and risk management and a commitment to learning.Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world’s top insurance broker and risk advisor.
