In Accenture, potrai portare la tua visione innovativa al cuore della trasformazione, collaborando con alcune delle aziende più influenti a livello globale per ridefinire interi settori di mercato.All’interno di Accenture Industry X , cerchiamo un Senior Manager per guidare la strategia Go-To-Market nel segmento Telco Network e sviluppare la practice Data Center , con responsabilità su business development, leadership di team e delivery di progetti complessi, integrando capability digitali e garantendo conformità agli standard tecnici e normativi.ResponsibilitiesDefinire ed eseguire la strategia di crescita dell’offerta Data Center Engineering in Italia ed Europa, sviluppando pipeline e orchestrando offerte tecnico-economiche.Guidare il team del segmento Telco Network, favorendo collaborazione cross-capability e gestendo relazioni con hyperscaler, operatori telco, EPC globali e PA.Coordinare programmi complessi (budget, milestone, quality plan), assicurando performance, SLA e gestione dei rischi.Validare progetti e garantire compliance agli standard internazionali (Uptime Institute Tier II–IV, TIA-942, EN 50600) e promuovere best practice di design.Integrare innovazione digitale (AI, Digital Twin, BIM360) e rappresentare Accenture in eventi internazionali e tavoli di settore.QualificationsLaurea in Ingegneria (Elettrica, Meccanica, Energetica, TLC o equivalente).10–15 anni di esperienza in progettazione infrastrutture critiche/Data Center e leadership in progetti complessi (min. 5 anni come PM/Program Manager).Gestione P&L, budgeting, forecasting e offerte complesse; relazioni con C-level e gare internazionali.Inglese fluente (C1), disponibilità a trasferte internazionali.Additional Skills / PlusCertificazioni: Uptime ATD/ATS, PMP®, PRINCE2®, LEED, EN 50600.Conoscenza avanzata di standard TELCO e Data Center, progettazione MEP, cooling avanzato, NFV/SDN, edge computing.Familiarità con mercato hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, Google, Meta), colocation, telecom.Il livello di seniority sarà valutato e definito durante il processo di selezione, al fine di garantire il miglior match tra talento e opportunità.Non hai tutte le qualifiche richieste ma sei motivat* a crescere in questo ruolo?Candidati comunque e raccontaci come puoi fare la differenzaPer informazioni sulle nostre misure di protezione della privacy ai sensi dell'art. 13 L. 679/2016 (GDPR), clicca qui:
