Cerchiamo una figura commerciale capace di aprire relazioni di valore e trasformarle in opportunità reali con aziende premium. Il focus è quality-first: meno volume, più fit. Lavoriamo su costruzione del brand (identità, storytelling, direzione creativa, contenuti), quindi ci interessano conversazioni mature, non curiosità.Settori targetHotellerie di livello, ristorazione, design e arredamento, wine & spirits premium, nautica di lusso / yachting, Private Members’ Clubs (polo/golf/beach club), premium brands.Chi siamoClassyfied è un’agenzia di comunicazione specializzata in brand premium. Gestiamo la comunicazione di un gruppo di hotel e ristoranti, una cantina di rilievo e un brand luxury outdoor per ville; abbiamo lavorato anche per il Polo Club Saint-Tropez.Identificare aziende in target e interlocutori corretti (owner, GM, marketing/brand)Outreach e networking: LinkedIn, email, introduzioni, eventiQualifica iniziale: capire se c’è fit con un lavoro di brand/storytelling e se il progetto è una priorità realeFissare call qualificate con i founder e passare note chiare (contesto, obiettivo, decisore, tempistiche)Tenere traccia su pipeline/CRM in modo ordinato e trasparenteCriteri di qualifica (qualità prima del volume)Le call si fissano solo quando sono chiari:Authority: decisore o sponsor interno identificatoNeed: esigenza reale e coerente con un lavoro di brand/storytellingTiming: finestra temporale definitaBudget: ordine di grandezza coerente con un progetto premiumChi cerchiamoEsperienza concreta in new business B2B su servizi premium (agenzie/consulenza)Capacità di scrivere messaggi credibili e personalizzati (zero spam)Approccio relazionale, costanza, follow-upAutonomia operativa e senso dell’ordine (pipeline)Tipo di collaborazione & compensoCollaborazione autonoma (P.IVA o forma compatibile), commission-only su nuovi clienti.Provvigione: 15% sulle fee di agenzia effettivamente incassate nei primi 12 mesi per ogni nuovo cliente (al netto di IVA e di eventuali costi/ADV ri-fatturati). Dal 13° mese la provvigione non si applica.Ownership del lead: vale il primo contatto tracciabile registrato in pipeline (email/LinkedIn). In caso di mancato pagamento o interruzione iniziale, la provvigione viene stornata/compensata.Nessun vincolo di orari, nessuna esclusiva: contano risultati e qualità delle opportunità.#J-18808-Ljbffr
