Located in Cassinetta (VA) and reporting to the Financial Site Manager, the Plant Controlling Specialist acts as the financial business partner of plant management, supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning, performance monitoring, and cost analysis. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Quality) and interfaces with the central finance to ensure alignment with Company standards and business objectives. Providing accurate reporting on production costs and variances, preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports, including variance analysis vs. Lead budgeting and forecasting annual processes at the plant level in coordination with central finance. Monitor plant costs, margins, and KPIs to support operational efficiency and decision-making. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies. Act as a liaison between plants and central finance for reporting, audits, and planning cycles. Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. At least 1-3 years of experience in Controlling department or accounting firm, preferably in manufacturing companies Fluent in Italian and English Languages (written/spoken) Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel SAP ERP good knowledge Power BI knowledge would be considered a plus. The Plant Controlling Specialist ensures transparency and integrity of financial data, driving continuous improvement in processes and efficiency.
