Overview Join Instilla as a Marketing Automation Consultant and contribute to digital marketing projects across the Delivery area. You will collaborate with teams in Copywriting, Graphic Design and other Delivery functions to create integrated marketing strategies for our clients. ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop marketing and sales automation initiatives. Advanced use and management of Marketing Automation and CRM platforms. Lead generation and nurturing campaign management. Planning, execution and monitoring of Email Marketing and Automation flows. Define KPIs, metrics and critical business data analysis. Lead management process creation and performance analysis. Integrate processes with Marketing Automation platforms. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Automation, Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing. Background in web agencies, e‑commerce or internal marketing functions. Experience developing automation with CRM, Email Marketing and Automation. Basic UX Design skills applied to effective DEM creation. Strong copy and graphic design coordination skills. Proficiency in AI tools for daily work. Teamworking attitude and constant performance monitoring. Technical Requirements Proficiency in Klaviyo, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Brevo. Plus: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio.
