OverviewOur Client is one of the most innovative Car ManufacturerWe are looking forRental & Ecommerce Assistant ManagerThe Rental & e-commerce Assistant Manager is responsible of developing and improving new projects related to e-commerce, subscriptions, and digital Customer Experience, in accordance with OEM vision and plans.More in details, for Online Sales, the Rental & e-commerce AM:Maintains the online platform, displaying updated offers and contentsRuns market benchmarking to keep the best offer positioningSugge sts the best strategy to make the channel as attractive as possible, including marketing planDelivers regular and ad hoc reports about the project results and trendCoordinates all the IT developments neededMakes training to Field force and DealersFor Car subscriptions project:Analyses the market to deliver a complete benchmark studySupports the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and Customer ExperienceTakes care of the relationship with external parties to run the operationsGives support to Dealers in case of needEvaluates business performance to propose commercial campaigns or any action to promote the businessCoordinates the implementation of the Marketing plan to improve awareness and achieve targetFor all the other projects involving a digital contact with Customers, the Rental & e-commerce AM is involved to define processes and Customer/Dealer journeys.Your TalentsBachelor’s or master’s degree in economic, engineering or related fields5 years of experience in the automotive industry, leasing/rental experience nice to haveEnglish: fluent, spoken and writtenMS-office proficientIT systems management (incl.
