Role: Customer Success Specialist The mission of the Customer Success Specialist role is to ensure an outstanding investor experience support, particularly for UHNW clients. The service we aim to provide our clients is distinguished by timely responses, professionalism, and customized support. The role is in charge of managing day‑to‑day requests to supporting capital operations, secondary transactions and investor communications, ensuring accuracy, discretion and regulatory compliance. The role, part of Sales Operations Team, will work closely with internal teams of Finance, Legal and Tech to optimize processes and swiftly address client needs. Core ResponsibilitiesInvestor Support: act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely, clear, and professional responses that meet the high standards expected by UHNW clients. Capital Operations: closely monitor the allocation and subscription processes across various investment opportunities to guarantee accuracy and efficiency. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work cross‑functionally with Investor Relations, Operations, and Product teams to continuously enhance the investor experience, ensuring alignment and swift resolution of client needs.
