La figura ricercata, con il ruolo di Head of Programmatic, sarà responsabile - direttamente e tramite il team gestito - della pianificazione, esecuzione, gestione e ottimizzazione delle campagne Programmatic Guaranteed, Preferred e con particolare focus sulle attività in Open Market.ResponsabilitàGestire ed eseguire campagne Display, Video e Mobile in modalità Programmatic, con priorità alle logiche di acquisto Open Market, utilizzando DSP, SSP, soluzioni Data e strumenti di misurazione.Pianificare, attivare e ottimizzare campagne basate su targeting contextual, behavioural, audience proprietarie e di terze parti.Monitorare le performance gate attraverso KPI quantitativi e qualitativi (reach in target, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, CPV, viewability, completion rate).Analizzare dati e risultati per individuare leve di ottimizzazione relative a inventory, formati, tecnologie, audience e strategie di bidding.Collaborare con il team commerciale per definire soluzioni Programmatic in linea con gli obiettivi di comunicazione dei clienti.Contribuire alla definizione di strategie di investimento del budget coerenti con obiettivi e mercati di riferimento.Redigere report settimanali e mensili, fornendo insight chiari, raccomandazioni operative e una lettura strategica delle performance.Supportare il miglioramento dei processi di Ad Operations, garantendo qualità ed efficienza.Competenze#J-18808-Ljbffr
