We are committed to improving patient health and fostering a collaborative culture that values courage, resilience, and diversity.OverviewThe Pharmacovigilance Support role plays a key part in ensuring patient safety by managing safety information, handling enquiries, and supporting regulatory compliance. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including QA, Medical, and various service providers.ResponsibilitiesManage any inbound information according to local procedures and handle the management of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) for medicinal products, food supplements, cosmetics, and medical devices.Respond to calls from healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other customers.Translate ICSR content into English.Liaise with relevant stakeholders (QA, Medical, Service Providers) to ensure all needed data are available.Conduct local literature activity.Investigate any instances of non‑compliance and manage PV investigation forms.Contribute to audit and inspection preparations and the associated CAPAs.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (MD, biology, pharmacy, or similar), with consideration given to equivalent experience.Basic knowledge of pharmacology and a broad understanding of safety disciplines in the pharmaceutical industry, including clinical studies methodology, data management, and safety quality systems.Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in both English and Italian.Strong written communication skills for comprehensive reporting and detailed business correspondence.Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate complex concepts.Experience presenting to cross‑functional groups.Analytical and decision‑making skills, with the ability to work autonomously and solve problems using independent judgment.Teamwork, cooperation, and effective networking abilities.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.Benefits & CultureWe offer competitive salaries, benefits, and a supportive environment that values your experiences, perspectives, and skills.
