And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.Key job responsibilitiesSAFETY: Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and diligently encourage a world‑class safety culture. Own the safety initiatives and projects to foster a strong safety culture.Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.Troubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures.Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations).Working rotating shifts (morning/late/night) as well as weekends to maintain the 24/7 data center environment.Local travel may be required up to 10% of the time. A valid (EU) driving license is required as Data Centers may not have any public transportation available nearby.Location Requirements Our data centers are located in remote areas outside Milan, where access via public transport may be limited.Work Schedule This is a 100% onsite in-person position due to the hands‑on nature of managing mission‑critical infrastructure and data center industry.
