We rely on four core values : trust, customer success, excellence, and simplicity.Job OverviewWe are looking for a Tech Bid Manager reporting directly to the Director Sales Operation Global, who will manage and coordinate the preparation and timely and successful submission of complex bid answers. Acting as the technical focal point for the process, you will manage the answer creation and submission in line with our bid management governance structure and approval process.Key responsibilities :Analyze technical tender specifications;Coordinate and plan activities in accordance with the technical departments involved (Infrastructure, IT security, Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success Group) complying with rigid and demanding deadlines;Create and maintain highly customized bid response documents and proposals for existing customers and new prospects of all sizes;Complete the specific sections composing the technical tender (e.g., CVs, technical requirements, references, solution description) in collaboration with the other departments of reference;Manage end-to-end tender-related output (proposals, executive summaries, presentations, microsites, further sales-related materials)Requirements and skills :5 – 7 years of experience in this or in a similar role;Experience in well-structured international companies, preferably working in IT environment;Extensive experience in Bid Management or Project Management discipline;Excellent English, both written and spoken;Excellent communication skills to liaise with other functional departments;Outstanding interpersonal skills;High attention to detail and quality standards;Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment, always complying with accuracy standards.Why join us :Location flexible approach : you will be able to choose where to work from within Italy (and within the constraints of the business requirements);Learning Path : since we advocate continued learning, you will have free access to the e-learning platforms (Udemy, Pluralsight, and Fluentify) and participation in the training courses;Meal vouchers : even if you work remotely;Stimulating, young, innovative, and global working environment to unleash your full growth potential.At OverIT we value diversity and are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, ethnicity, or place of origin.#J-18808-Ljbffr
