Our transformation is redefining every area of our business – from where and how we make and sell our products to how we engage our consumers and society.With unique and transformative IT projects matching all levels of skill and ambition, we’ve taken on the spirit of a start‑up: freedom to craft and define our digital future, supported by the scope of a vast global business.Your day to dayAs IT Analyst, you will understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications; design innovative solutions, lead the development process, and ensure successful delivery of IT services and solutions; provide ongoing maintenance and support to keep systems running smoothly and efficiently.Collect business requirements for changes in processes and technical areas.Analyse and define information and technical needs.Formalise scope and deliverables for technical processes and changes.Execute the deployment and localisation of the global IT system solutions.Execute Digital Pillar activities (align with Operations zero‑loss journey and boot performance by digital capabilities).Provide 3rd‑level maintenance and support for local and global IT system solutions.Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services.Ensure compliance with GxP (Good Practice) requirements.QualificationsUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.Good command of written and spoken English.1‑3 years of experience in IT service management in a manufacturing environment.Experience in multinational companies, preferably in pharma or medical device manufacturing with production planning and MES/LES systems.Experience in GMP, GAMP5 and CSV areas would be beneficial.Experience in ITIL and Agile frameworks is a plus.Ultimately, personality means more to us than skills.
