My client is looking to recruit a new Design Centre Director in Q1 - in the city of Bergamo, located less than an hour from Milan. The position will be responsible for building and growing a complex team of Semiconductor professionals - focussing on the development of new cutting edge integrated material chips. The ideal applicant will have previous experience managing multi-functional teams - across digital design, analog design, mixed-signal, verification, applications engineering, physical design etc. Locals / Italian (AND English bilingual) speakers will have an advantage, but as this will be an international effort, so non-Italian speakers / fluent English only speakers will also be considered. Visa sponsorship and relocation is available for the right person.
