Scopo della posizione : compito del Construction manager è quello di: Revisionare, supervisionare e pianificare tutte le fasi di un progetto di costruzione dalla progettazione al completamento monitorando la conformità alle normative edilizie e di sicurezza, il rispetto dei requisiti progettuali e contrattuali, ed il rispetto dei tempi e del budget di commessa; coordinare le attività delle maestranze e dei subappaltatori per garantire un’esecuzione regolare del progetto e risolvere tutte le problematiche logistiche, tecniche ed organizzative durante le fasi di costruzione; definire i singoli obiettivi del progetto e garantire, in ogni fase, il raggiungimento degli obiettivi nel rispetto dei costi, dei tempi e della qualità richiesta. Dipendenza gerarchica : Direzione Operativa/Project Manager Rapporti interfunzionali interni : Direzione Tecnica, Ufficio Acquisti, Direzione QAQC, Direzione HSE, Logistica Rapporti interfunzionali esterni : clienti, fornitori/subappaltatori, ecc. Formazione: Diploma di Istituto Tecnico o Istituto Professionale; Gradita laurea triennale in ingegneria. Esperienza professionale: min 10 anni di esperienza nel campo dell’edilizia e/o delle infrastrutture; min 5 di esperienza specifica come Construction Manager. Conoscenza lingue straniere: non richiesta. Pianificare nei dettagli i progetti (risorse umane, capitale economico e tempo previsto) per prevenire eventuali problemi e, insieme alle principali funzioni aziendali, definire il piano di sviluppo delle commesse coordinando le maestranze ed i subappaltatori; Supervisionare e dirigere i progetti di costruzione dalla progettazione al completamento e proporre soluzioni per gestire eventuali problematiche che dovessero insorgere durante lo sviluppo dei progetti; Supervisionare tutte le attività di costruzione per monitorare la conformità alle normative edilizie e di sicurezza;
