Working with us means working in an ambitious team, within a multicultural and international contextOur ambition is to contribute to building a more responsible, communal and inclusive world for our employees and clients.We are currently looking for a QA/ASPICE Manager Engineer to support one of our prestigious projects a few kilometers from Milan.Role Overview:The candidate we are looking for will be placed in the Electronics Division and will maintain a strategy for the execution of ASPICE quality assurance activities by various stakeholders.Basic requirements for holding the positionDegree in Electronic or Computer Engineering or Telecommunications or similar.Update, maintain R&D Operative Instructions and monitor processes to ensure continued achievement of the target ASPICE (Level 3, ver.4 preferred)Provide training on processes and ASPICE to engineering teams.Define and maintain a strategy for quality assurance activities.Identify, record and communicate non-conformances of work products, processes and process activities to engineeringCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure non-conformances are resolved in a timely manner and prevent recurrence.Contribute to the Definition and maintenance of the SQA (Software Quality – Assurance) plan with development team.Monitor the quality of activities and work products according to the SQA plan.Define, collect and report on software metrics and collaborate with the engineering teams to define strategies for continuous improvement.Manage and lead internal and external Automotive SPICE assessments, including customer audits.Quality focus: Promoting and maintaining high standards of work, looking for ways to improve products and services, while encouraging coworkers to do so as well.Experience 4+ years in software quality assurance or product design.Experience 3+ years in quality system management, quality compliance and internal/external audit processes.Knowledge of ALM/software management tools (DOORS and Polarion).Knowledge of Italian and English languages.Preferential requirementsCertified provisional Assessor Automotive SPICE or higher.Experience working with software development standards (preferred ASPICE – and ISO26262, but also DO178C and CMMI).Experience in automotive, rail or bio-medical sectors.Leadership and working under pressureNext StepsSomeone from the Talent Acquisition department will contact you to schedule an initial HR interview.If successful, a second interview will be conducted to validate your technical knowledge.In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a last qualification meeting with the Client.If the final outcome is positive, we will discuss our proposal with you.
