Known for a performance-focused culture, they are a primary partner for major developments across Europe in the Data Centre and Power sectors.The RoleYou will take full ownership of the mechanical engineering life cycle, from design management through to final commissioning. This is a leadership-heavy role focused on technical excellence and team development.Engineering LeadershipManage design reviews, equipment selection (long-lead items), and BIM coordination.Project DeliveryOversee procurement (RFQs), technical submittals, and vendor negotiations.Quality & CommissioningLead FATs / SATs, system walk-downs, and pressure / leakage testing protocols.MentorshipAct as the technical lead and coach for a multi-functional team of junior and graduate engineers.Commercial OversightIdentify value engineering opportunities and manage technical risks to protect project margins.Candidate RequirementsExperience10+ years in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering, including 3+ years in a Lead / Managerial role.Sector ExpertiseProven track record in Data Centres and Pharmaceutical projects is highly preferred.Technical ProficiencyStrong background in hydraulic / ESP calculations, stress analysis, and P&ID red-lining.EducationDegree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.LocationBased in or willing to relocate to the Milan region.Highly Competitive Benefits PackageWe offer a highly competitive benefits package designed to support our employees' well-being and professional growth.Why Join Us?Be part of a forward‑thinking team that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
