The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management Tech with Personalization and Recommendations experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide. You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience. You should be a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and understand how to drive focus and excellence.
