We are looking for a Chef de Partie to lead one of our kitchen sections within a Luxury 5-Star Hotel , ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and operational efficiency.This role is ideal for a strong technical professional ready to take full ownership of a section, mentor junior team members, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience through precision, discipline, and teamwork.Culinary Operations & QualityManage and lead an assigned kitchen section (hot, cold, pastry, etc.)Ensure consistency in food preparation, plating, timing, and presentationEnsure full compliance with recipes, SOPs, hygiene, and HACCP standardsDeliver dishes that consistently meet 5-star quality expectationsCoordinate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth operationsControl food costs within the section through portion control and waste reductionMonitor stock levels, storage, and labeling to minimize spoilageSupervise, train, and mentor Commis and Apprentices within the sectionSupport onboarding and day-to-day development of junior team membersParticipate in tastings, seasonal updates, and culinary promotionsCollaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Executive ChefProven experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in quality or luxury kitchens
