Validation Engineer

DescrizioneCollects information of products' behavior and specifications from Designers. Must be up to date on new customers' norms and ASK environmental equipment. Must be able to use all measurements and monitoring equipment used for antenna validation in the Laboratory. Must control the equipment the correct behavior of laboratory equipment and inform Laboratory Quality Responsible about anomalies. Must use the post processing tools for processing all data collected during qualifications (measurements, monitoring). Builds up equipment set up for monitoring antennas and build set-up for environmental test execution. Executes environmental tests & Writes reports using templates. Must follows Laboratory Quality Manual in performing the tests. Performs measurements of antenna before and after the execution of the tests. Analyses the measurements during qualifications in order to see if the DUTs are ok / ko. Informs project team of any technical problem or criticality occurred during the execution of tests. Must perform climatic chambers maintenance by following best practice guide lines. Raccoglie informazioni sulle performance dei prodotti e sulle specifiche dalla funzione Progettazione Aggiornamento costante per richieste nuovi client ed atrezzature ASK. Utilizzare tutti gli strumenti di misura e monitoraggio per le attività di validazione “Antenne” all’ interno del laboratorio. Saper controllare le attrrezzature e le permance delle stesse, informando il Team Leader di Laboratorio relativamente alle eventuali anomalie da risolvere. Saper utilizzare gli strumenti di “post processing tools” per analizzare tutti i dati raccolti durante le operazioni di qualificazione prodotto. Implmentare le impostazioni delle attrezzature utili al monitoraggio “Antenne” ed impostare l’esecuzione dei test necessari. Eseguire test ambientali e relative analisi / report secondo i format ASK. Saper seguire e rispettare il Manuale Qualità di Laboratorio nel gestire i test. Saper gestire e controllare le attrezzature di misura prima e dopo i test. Analizzare le misure durante I test al fine di sondare se “ DUTs “ siano corretti. Condividere con il team ogni evidenza o criticità verificatasi durante l’ esecuzione dei test. Saper gestire le camera climatiche a livello di manutenzione secondo le “ best practice guide lines ” esistenti.Competenze richiesteDegree in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication; English Language; Knowledge on environmental testing of automobile customer; Knowledge on environmental test equipment (climatic chambers, salt fog chamber, vibration systems); Knowledge of general purpose instrumentation (multimeter, oscilloscope, datalogger); Knowledge of antenna's dedicated instrumentation (monitoring systems, measurements systems); Knowledge of post processing data tools; Teamwork; Problem Solving; Knowledge of radio frequency antennas behavior and measurements. Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica o Ing.
