We are building it now and we are looking for youCompany Description We're Ginga – a wearable tech startup that puts soccer analytics in the hands of millions of players (not just pros). We presented at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. The response? Orders rolling in. Investors interested. Partners calling. Our technical product is locked in. Our R& D team is firing on all cylinders. What we need is someone to own the operational side so we can actually deliver on this momentum.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations professional. We're looking for you to be the backbone of our execution:Manage customer onboarding & fulfillment of ordersCoordinate with the team internally and with suppliers to hit our sales targetsOwn vendor relationships and supply chainKeep internal + external comms flowingFree (and work in close relation with) the CEOQualificationsExperience with hardware or e-commerce (you understand logistics complexity)Knowledge or experience in operationsYou want to build something, not manage processesComfortable with controlled chaos, you thrive when priorities shiftProficient analytical skills to support decision-makingExcellent communication and customer service skillsFamiliarity with technology or sports analytics is a plusPassion for football is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferredSeniority: Entry to Mid-level
