We presented at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. The response? Orders rolling in. Investors interested. Partners calling. Our technical product is locked in. Our R&D team is firing on all cylinders. What weneedis someone to own the operational side so we can actuallydeliveron this momentum.Role Description This is afull-timeon-site role for aBusiness Operationsprofessional. We're looking for you to be the backbone of our execution: Manage customer onboarding & fulfillment of orders Coordinate with the team internally and with suppliers to hit our sales targets Own vendor relationships and supply chain Keep internal + external comms flowing Free (and work in close relation with) the CEOQualifications Experience with hardware or e-commerce (you understand logistics complexity) Knowledge or experience in operations You want to build something, not manage processes Comfortable with controlled chaos, you thrive when priorities shift Proficient analytical skills to support decision-making Excellent communication and customer service skills Familiarity with technology or sports analytics is a plus Passion for football is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferredSeniority:Entry to Mid-level
