Job Overview Food Sales Execution Consultant at xFarm Technologies xFarm Technologies aims to drive the digital transformation of agriculture, improving the lives of millions of farmers while boosting environmental, economic, and social sustainability. We develop digital tools and consulting projects, creating a true Smart Farming ecosystem: apps, sensors, software integrations, and advanced analytics tools. Today, our products are used by over 450,000 farms in Europe and South America, covering more than 8 million hectares. We are looking for a professional with 2–3 years of experience in project management, consulting, agri‑food, operations, digitalisation, or similar roles, capable of managing complex projects, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and delivering concrete value to clients through technology, data, and structured processes. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will lead the execution of assigned projects, ensuring quality, alignment, and platform adoption. Your responsibilities include: Project & Client Management: Coordinate digitalisation projects for major European agri‑food supply chains; manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, translate business and operational needs into concrete actions; plan activities, milestones, deliverables, and project reporting; facilitate alignment across internal teams (Product, IT, Support, Data, Sales) and external partners.
