Sr. Channel Marketing Manager, Amazon Key & Ring SMBAmazon Key and Ring are seeking a Sr. Channel Marketing Manager to lead our Professional Channel marketing initiatives and drive growth across our installer, dealer, and distributor channels. Keep readingKey job responsibilitiesCreate and execute the channel marketing strategy to grow sales through the channelDevelop targeted marketing activations focused on expanding product adoption among Pro installersOwn design and production of in‑warehouse merchandising for distribution partnersPartner with event teams on event attendance, production and executionOwn MDF budgeting, execution, and ROIWork cross‑functionally with product marketing, sales, and product to develop and execute integrated go‑to‑market for new product launchesManage program budget and report regularly on results to leadershipA day in the lifeYou dive deep to understand the Pro Channel’s needs and motivations. You work backwards to develop innovative marketing strategies that enable the channel and drive interest with new Pros. You raise the bar on scalable mechanisms like the Dealer Portal to set the channel up for success and drive new sales growth. You work with cross‑functional stakeholders to develop compelling content on the existing portfolio and go‑to‑market strategies for new product and service launches. We have lots of stakeholders worldwide, and we have relentlessly high standards for our high‑visibility global programs.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree8+ years of developing and managing marketing or channel programs experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience developing cross‑functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executionsExperience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlinesExperience working within the channel‑ and partner community across multiple sales segmentsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
