The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.Job PurposeThe Prada Retail Coordinator will collaborate directly with the Prada Regional Director overseeing strategic and operational projects working closely with all the internal functions.ResponsibilitiesPrepares analysis and documents for key strategic and operational meetings and make sure actions plans are properly executed across functions.Prepares analysis and reports to support the Regional Director in monitoring the Countries business results, anticipating, when possible, business evolution and highlights untapped business opportunities.Defines timelines of key projects and ensures the follow-up of business activities and action plans as defined by the Regional Director.Ensures timely and effective projects roll-out and draws up, when required, documents and reports on projects progress, facilitating cross‑functional communication.Verifies sales analysis and management reporting, and creates ad hoc and recurring analysis, interpreting results and identifying potential recommendations to the Regional Director.Analyses markets business reviews, highlighting key findings and proactively shares best practices.Collects and examines requests, documentation and reports, received by the Regional Director from other functions and Stores.Provides to the Director all the required documentation for meetings, trips to all the Countries.Support the Regional Director in any other key project and ad‑hoc assignment.Develop weekly and monthly business analysis for all the W / M categories and all the Prada Stores.Provide commentary to management in explaining business performance.Support the Regional Director to present and coordinate weekly Store Manager Meeting.Elaborate Competitor’s analysis.Develop new projects and report ad hoc coordinating all the functions.Develop strong and trusting relationships with different department (Controlling, Operations, Merchandising and Events of the Area).Knowledge and Skills3-4 years of experience in operational or coordinating roles (ideally within fashion / luxury).Fluent Italian and English. Additional languages appreciated.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate KPIs into actionable business strategies.Proficiency in Office 365 and confidence working with dashboards and reporting tools.Experience in preparing recurring reports and ad hoc analysis for senior management.Proven experience in project coordination, including timeline definition, follow‑up, and cross‑functional alignment.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Ability to synthesize complex information into clear materials and presentations for strategic and operational meetings.Joining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
