Sales & Customer Service Employment Type: Full-time As a Junior Customer Service Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, distributors, and field sales team. You will support order processing, respond to product and delivery inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between departments to meet customer needs efficiently. CV IN ENGLISH ONLY. Assist in processing sales orders, delivery tracking, and invoicing in coordination with logistics and sales teams. Maintain accurate customer records and update in the system. Support the sales team with product availability updates and basic technical information. Monitor open orders and ensure timely and complete deliveries. Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience). ~1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience. ~ Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) ~ Fluency in Italian and excellent communication skills in English are essential. ~ On-the-job training and opportunities for professional development.
