This role drives **digital transformation**, optimizes operational processes, and supports the deployment of innovative solutions across plants and installation projects.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Business Engagement & Demand Management** + Serve as the primary IT contact for Manufacturing & Installation stakeholders. + Capture, assess, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into actionable IT initiatives.* **Digital Transformation & Process Optimization** + Identify opportunities for process digitalization and efficiency improvements leveraging SAP, MES, and emerging technologies. + Support implementation of solutions that enhance productivity and operational excellence.* **Project Leadership & Governance** + Coordinate IT projects within Manufacturing & Installation scope, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global standards. + Apply change management practices to harmonize solutions across plants and installation sites.* **Technology Roadmap & Innovation** + Contribute to the definition of technology roadmaps for Manufacturing & Installation. + Promote adoption of best practices and group-wide digital platforms.* **Stakeholder Collaboration** + Work closely with plant managers, installation teams, and central IT to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes. + Act as a liaison for global initiatives such as Smart Factory and Data Platform.**Required Competencies:*** Strong knowledge of **SAP and MES systems** in manufacturing environments.* Strong knowledge of Industrial IT and IoT technology* Understanding of imanufacturing and installation workflows and related digital tools.* Ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.* Familiarity with **IT governance, change management**, and **digitalization best practices**.*Prysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
