Regional Business Development Manager - Emilia-Romagna Drive Growth for a Leading Logistics Company Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for logistics? Our mid-sized, fast-growing freight forwarding company is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to lead new business development across the Emilia-Romagna region. About the Role As Regional BDM , you will focus on winning new customers and expanding our footprint in the region. You'll represent our full suite of services, including Air & Ocean freight , and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Emilia-Romagna. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Build strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers. Promote our Air & Ocean freight services and integrated logistics solutions. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead. Ideal Candidate Proven experience in sales within freight forwarding or logistics . Strong knowledge of Air & Ocean freight services . Track record of success in new business development .
