Job Title: Technical Sales Support EngineerLocation: Pombia (Novara area), Piedmont, ItalyDuration: Full-time / PermanentSalary Offer: €30K-€40K annualAbout the Role:We are seeking a Technical Sales Support professional to join our client’s team in Pombia. This office-based role (with smart working one day per week after 6 months of training) combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth by understanding customer needs, preparing tailored solutions, and building strong relationships with clients.What You’ll Do:- Prepare technical-commercial offers for clients- Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding offers- Collaborate closely with internal teams, primarily engineering and project managers- Maintain strong customer relationships and support new product or aftermarket salesWhat We’re Looking For:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related technical field, or a technical institute diploma with a strong mechanical/industrial background- Strong technical foundation and ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications- Newly graduated engineers are welcome and encouraged to apply- Experience in industrial manufacturing environments- Ability to communicate in Italian and English, written and spoken- Team-oriented mindset with good technical communication skills- Availability to work on-site in Pombia (NO)What We Offer:- Full-time, permanent position with a stable international client- On-site work in Pombia (Novara area) with smart working flexibility after 6 months- Supportive team environment and growth opportunities
